My philosophy as your host is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire, especially through building mutually amazing relationships with their peers, family, friends, nature, their own intuition and their soul. 

Our events are about the members - not the host. I am the facilitator who highlights the brilliance inside the room or event and who shares tools for helping us bring that wisdom into our daily lives. My main role is to be the bumpers keeping us on mission.

As for my communication style, clients and friends will tell you that I hold nothing back when sharing or leading a group. No sugar coating here. I believe sharing the loving truth is the greatest way to engage the mind and soul.

Members come from all walks of life. The key is each person must be committed to personal growth (including being open and vulnerable), giving back to the world, and enjoying nature/adventure. All 3 of these elements are the glue that keeps this group so special and connected. Member's vocations range from education to military to CEOs to authors to speakers and many other diverse jobs.

• Attention-seeking egos are not welcome.
• Members constantly selling to members is not acceptable (doing business together is wonderful - just not being constantly pushed).
• The focus is on fulfillment of mind, body, and spirit. While we are pro making money, that is not the sole focus of the educational events.
• Community. Community. Community. While many Masterminds are focused on "learning from the expert," here every event is about optimizing as much opportunity as possible to learn from each other and getting to know each other better. 
• Nature and Adventure are valued essentials of our community.
• Vulnerability and be willing to share openly is a requirement.
• Giving back is a must and we'll provide those opportunities for members to do so in the community.
